LECTURES ON EUROPEAN UNION
“Chance for Stability” Public Foundation and the European Studies Centre of the University of Szeged in cooperation with the Centre for Advanced European Studies and Research and the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, will organise three lectures on 30 March 2005 at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia Hall, II floor, from 15 -17 o’clock.
Lectures will be held by three PhD students of the University of Szeged about the consequences of the enlargement of the European Union, the Hungarian experiences and to exchange views with Serbian students about EU related subjects counting on their interest. 
The three students would all have a 20 minute introductory lecture in the following topics:
1. Regional policy of the European Union, development of Hungarian regions, perspectives
    Lecturer: Mr. Szabolcs Deák, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Szeged
2. Free movement of labour in the European Union, employment in EU institutions
    Lecturer: Mr. László Dux, Faculty of Law, University of Szeged
3. Role of national parliaments within the European Union
    Lecturer: Ms. Andrea Király, Faculty of Law, University of Szeged
The aim of the Road-show is to enable Serbian students to express their opinions freely, share their experiences with their mates studying at the University of Szeged in the topic of the introductory lectures. Therefore free discussion could take shape between Serbian and Hungarian students, in the course of which they could familiarise with each other’s points of view and problems.
The language of lectures and discussions is English.
